Insurance Coverage Counsel Announce New Law Firm, Website

Attorneys C. Anthony Ashford and Guy S. DiMartino are pleased to announce the formation of the law firm Ashford DiMartino. Based in Northwest Indiana, the insurance coverage counsel will initially serve clients in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, and Florida, with plans to expand throughout the country.

As first-party insurance attorneys, Ashford and DiMartino focus their practice on commercial insurance coverage disputes and litigation, bad faith claims, and pre-loss insurance evaluations. Representative clients include homeowners associations, condominium associations, businesses, and other groups or entities in need of insurance counsel and legal assistance with unpaid or underpaid insurance claims.

C. Anthony “Tony” Ashford received his Juris Doctor from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 1996 and has been practicing law in Indiana for more than 25 years. His experience includes litigation and negotiation, jury and bench trials, appeals, and more. Ashford has published and lectured on the topic of insurance law and served as inside and outside counsel for Northwest Indiana businesses in need of strong legal guidance and representation.  

Guy S. DiMartino graduated summa cum laude from Valparaiso University School of Law in 1999 and has been providing trusted legal services to clients since. Called to serve in various areas of life, he is also a pastor and chiropractic physician. DiMartino is licensed to practice law in Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Florida, and in numerous federal and state district courts.
